Nice app, motion detector, but files are ENORMOUS

The app interface is very nice, easy to setup the triggers, works well as advertised.

However, the files are way TOO BIG. An 18 seconds clip consumed 167 MB on disk with iSpyRecorder, whereas the same clip in Quicktime (File -> New Movie Recording) took only 3.6 MB, at higher quality. The app is useful only for very very short clips. For what I need (monitor and record my dogs activity), I finally used QuickTime, which gives 46x smaller files with better quality videos.

To me, the app really needs to compress and improve the quality of the video files to be useful.
